My entire life has been focused on movement.
I am incredibly passionate about what I do as a trainer, I believe in learning how to redefine your relationship with your body and how to move it. After many many years of classical ballet and several years of heavy weapon stage combat, society got the better of me and operation thigh gap ensued. The next period of my life bound me to a treadmill whilst I watched the calories clock up. That phase didn’t last long, thank god.
I know the feeling of working out because you feel like you have to. It’s shit. And it doesn’t work.
Incorporating the grace and fluidity of dance and the strength and power of a fight, I believe in moving your body in as many ways as possible in order to create the strongest, healthiest and most balanced body.
I train clients in different disciplines because this is how I now train myself.
Handstand like you used to in the playground. Jump on stuff. Hang off bars. Learn how to move your body like a ballerina. Find headspace in yoga. Release endorphins, sweat, work hard and push yourself.
This works. And I promise. Lotti.
